Wednesday we spent the morning at work. We had a meeting which Brandon slept through most of. Then we made the dreaded trip to...THE DOCTOR! It was time for his 4 month check up. He was having a fussy day besides the nap. He fussed in the car, while eating, burping! So he was fussy during the check up. He is very engaged and healthy. ALTHOUGH, he is behind with his physical developments. He doesn't do well on his tummy lifting his head up with his arms. This is our fault that we haven't done more 'tummy time' but he really hates tummy time. We really don't care though. He will most likely go from vegging to walking. No big deal. We have since done more tummy time and he likes it occasionally.
His new stats:
Weighs- 14 pounds .05 ounces (50%)
Length- 25 3/4 inches long (90%)
He will be a long and TALL kid!
He got 3 shots. He was already having a fussy day so it was okay. He was funny when they stuck him he gave us a funny look and then cried. The cry didn't start until the needle was out. After the shots (this nurse was great- quick and fast) I picked him up and he calmed down really quickly. I nursed him then and he was done crying. He did feel sleepy and sluggish all day- but that is normal.
She says he is a healthy baby- just tempermental! I wonder where he gets that from? :)
We asked about the sleeping thing since he still isn't sleeping through the night. We put him to bed at 9ish- The dr. wants us to keep him up until 10 or even 11 would be good. So we tried....he couldn't even make it through dinner. So we put him to bed at the normal time and he slept until 4am- which was great!

Poor little guy :(
His stats crack me up - Eze (at 15 months) was 29 inches, 18 lbs. I can't wait to see them next to each other once Eze is home!
