Daycare Daily Report 4/18
Brandon had a lot of energy today. He really liked running and bumping into other children. Brandon played a lot today with an empty diaper wipes container. He liked putting objects in and taking them out. Brandon was not very interested in the science project today. He completed the activity once and then he was done. However, Brandon was quick to learn about gravity as when I asked him what happened when he did the activity he said "it all fell"!!
Daycare Daily Report 4/15
I am loving his reports from daycare lately. They are so funny. Here is the one from April 15th.
Brandon had a lot of energy today. He was very talkative. Brandon talked a lot about Buzz today.Brandon did a fantastic job with the alphabet game. He was able to identify all the letters except for’F’. It was really cute, at one point I showed Brandon the letter B and I said B is for Buzz,Brandon looks at me and said "no, B is for Brandon"!! Brandon did a great job of following directions today, even when others were not!! When I asked him to do something such as go to the bathroom to wash his hands for lunch, he was always the first one there.

Abby's 2 month
Abby had her 2 month check up today. Yes, we were a month late but her pediatrician didn't mind. It's normal...plus with all the junk we have been dealing with the past 3 months it's not a big deal.
Her stats:
Height- 25 inches which is 98%
Weight- 12 lbs. 15 oz. which is 50%
Head- 42 1/3 cm which is 98%
She is right on track and showing no signs of further breathing issues or other distress. Her pediatrician is really happy with how she is eating, sleeping and progressing. She actually was very surprised that she doesn't have any further respiratory issues since her fast birth and some breathins issues at birth and then when she had RSV and was in the hospital in January.
She then turned to me and we chatted about my post partum test that I kind of failed. She said there have been some changes in my answers and wanted to make sure I was doing okay. She is a newer pediatrican for us and doesn't know the whole story of what has been going on with us the last few months. She wanted to be filled in so I started at the beginning....
January:
Abby's crazy birth.
Brandon with ear infection.
Brandon with bronchialitis.
Rob with Sinus infection
Rob with bronchitis.
Rob with torn ligaments in his back.
Mom with sinus infection.
Mom with bronchitis and cough.
Mom has mastisis.
Abby with RSV-in the hospital for a week.
Abby with possible heart mur-mur.
All 3 cats were even sick with respiratory infections.
February:
Mom with upper respiratory infection.
Brandon with flu-throwing up.
Abby still recovering from RSV.
Rob Birthday
Mom Birthday
Mom has mastisis again.
Auntie had emergency back surgery.
Mom's uncle has massive heart attack.
Rob's car totally dead...have 2 days to find new truck and buy it.
March:
Trip to Florida (a good part)
Daycare lady on vacation for 2 weeks.
Mom laid off from work for a month.
Rob in therapy for back 3 days a week.
Brandon with double ear infection.
Brandon with pink eye.
Brandon with stomach issues- throwing up again.
Abby with bad cold and goopy eyes- needs drops.
Mom with pneumonia, strep throat, sinus infection, bluging ear drum, blisters on throat and possible tonsils needing to be removed (luckily the antibiotics cleared it up).
Mom has no voice for over a week. Dr was worried about damage to voice box.
Mom's Grandma has stroke-back in hospital.
Once she heard just a few parts of our past 3 months she had no worries. She said, "Well, it sounds like you have no post partum...just a bunch of crap going on and are handling it pretty well." She blamed it on MN Winters. So, in a way it was a compliment. She made note in Abby's chart that our family was hit hard with illness and stress the last few months and we are doing okay...no concerns.
We left happy (well, Abby had some sore legs with 3 shots) but all went well and we are all getting back to normal.

Daily Report
Ms. Jenny is our wonderful daycare provider that watches Brandon 3 days a week. She is beyond wonderful...I will share more about her some day. She deserves her own post.
We get a report on Brandon every day emailed to us at night. Here is his report for today.
Brandon did excellent today. He did not cry at all today. Brandon enjoyed running and has taken a special affection to Lara. Brandon enjoys holding Lara’s hand and touching her gently. Brandon did an excellent job today with his numbers. He was able to count to 10 with no problems and also count objects. Sometimes when kids count they just keep counting and don’t really put together when to stop when the objects are done, but Brandon stopped and only counted the exact objects asked to count. Brandon ate very well today!! I asked Brandon throughout the day if he wanted to go sit on the potty and he denied every time. Bella was not here today, so I don’t know if that made a difference as no one else was going potty. I am not sure if I should just tell him it is time to go potty or ask him.
